What we collect, where it lives, who touches it, and how you take it with you — written to be read, because your clients' content moves through this product.
02 — What we collect
Account basics — your name, agency, email, and the WhatsApp number you give us when you book a demo. Workspace content — the videos, captions, comments, approvals and client data your team puts in. Billing country and subscription state. And the operational logs it takes to keep the service healthy and secure.
03 — Payments
Payments are handled by payment providers, never by us: card payments run through Paddle as our merchant of record — so your receipts and statements show Paddle, not PaceHaus. Card numbers never touch our servers; we store only the subscription state the provider reports back. While card checkout rolls out, PaceHaus invoices you directly.
04 — Where your data lives
The platform is hosted in Frankfurt (EU) — the database and media storage live in the same region. Client review links and portal pages are served from the same infrastructure.
05 — How we use it
To run the workspace you paid for: serving your content to the people you invited, sending the notifications your team configured, and keeping the lights on. We don't run third-party advertising, we don't build ad profiles, and we never sell your data.
06 — AI features
When you run an AI action, the relevant content is sent to our AI model provider to produce the draft, which lands back in your approval pipeline — a human reviews every output inside the product before it ships anywhere.
07 — Cookies
Session and authentication cookies — the ones the product needs to know you're signed in. No third-party advertising trackers.
08 — Who we share with
Infrastructure and payment providers under contract, doing the jobs described above — hosting, storage, payments, AI processing. Nobody else, and never for money.
09 — Your rights
You can access, correct and export your data at any time — export is a product feature, not a support ticket. Cancellation drops the workspace to a free read-only fallback where everything stays readable and exportable; if you want the data deleted instead, ask and we delete it.
10 — Retention
Workspace content lives as long as the workspace does — including the read-only fallback after cancellation, until you ask for deletion. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
11 — Changes and contact
