Point at the frame you want changed.

Your team and the client mark up the cut itself, so feedback stops arriving as voice notes with no timestamp.

Comments that know their timestamp.

Each note carries its second, so the editor jumps straight to 0:12 and sees the problem.

  • On the second

Click the timeline, type the note, and it stays pinned to that moment.

  • On the picture

Draw with a pen, an arrow, a box or text, and the drawing saves with the comment.

  • Across versions

Stack each new upload on the last one, and open any earlier version when you need it.

Example data from the PaceHaus demo workspace.

Put version 2 and version 3 side by side.

Pick any two uploads and watch them next to each other, so you can check that the change you asked for made it in.

Separate rooms for your team and the client.

Talk freely in private, then show the brand a clean copy. Internal notes are removed before their screen loads, so there's nothing to dig out.

Editors, designers and the account manager work it out here, drawings included.

Their view

The brand watches the cut, leaves timed comments, and approves it or asks for changes from the same screen.

Upload limits by file type

Send the master as it comes out of the edit. Each type has its own ceiling, and everything counts toward your plan's 250 GB.

Video-only clients stay off your client count.

Some brands only send you footage to cut. Add them for review and they don't use one of the 5 places in your plan.

Frequently asked questions

Does the client need an account to review a video?

No. They type their name once, and the link remembers it on that device.

Will the client see our internal comments?

Never. Anything posted in the internal room stays with your team.

Does the editor see the script while cutting?

Yes. An approved script opens beside the video in the review room, and each new version then waits for the client under Videos in their portal.

What happens when a review link expires?

It stops opening. Send a fresh one from the Share links page, or set links to stay open.

Can a freelance editor see only one brand?

Yes. Each seat is limited to the clients it's assigned to, so an editor on one account gets that account's cuts and nothing more.

Can we approve a cut on a phone?

Yes. The review page plays in a phone's browser, with Approve and Request changes on the same screen.

Fewer rounds on the next cut

Notes that point at the exact frame get fixed on the first pass, so there's less back and forth before the client approves.
