The agreement between your agency and PaceHaus.

01Agreement

Using the PaceHaus Platform means you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, not skipped. If your agency also works with PaceHaus (the agency) on projects, that work is governed by its own signed agreement — these terms cover the platform product only.

02The service

The platform merges timestamped video review, the client content calendar, approvals, tasks and an AI studio into one workspace. Some modules arrive in phases, and we sell what exists today, honestly. The pricing page lists what the plan includes.

03Accounts, seats and clients

A workspace belongs to the agency that pays for it. Team seats are counted per plan. Client reviewers and client-portal accounts are free and unlimited — always: the people who approve content never consume a seat and never need to install anything.

04Prices, payment and renewal

The platform is 100% prepaid: money moves first, then the workspace exists. Seats, clients, storage and AI credits are hard caps — when you hit one, the feature stops with an upgrade prompt. We never bill overages, ever; your bill is exactly what you chose to prepay.

Prices are set in US dollars and shown on the pricing page. If you bill from Egypt, the pricing page and checkout also show them in Egyptian pounds: the US-dollar price converted at the Central Bank of Egypt’s selling rate, rounded up to the whole pound. If that day’s Central Bank rate can’t be used, a rate set by PaceHaus or a published market rate is used instead, and the page names it. The rate, its source and its date are shown before you pay, and the amount is held for 24 hours once you continue to payment.

You choose monthly or yearly billing and pay the whole period up front. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period and your saved card is charged for the next one; a renewal in Egyptian pounds is converted at the rate on the renewal date. You can cancel from Billing at any time: no further renewal is charged, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Card payments are processed by Stripe, in US dollars — Stripe’s checkout may show and charge the amount in your local currency instead, converted by Stripe — and, once card checkout in Egyptian pounds opens, by Paymob, in Egyptian pounds. Taxes: on Stripe payments, Stripe calculates and adds any sales tax or VAT due where you are; on payments in Egyptian pounds, VAT is added on top when it applies. Either way, the total is shown before you pay. Agencies on an invoiced arrangement pay the invoices PaceHaus sends.

For payments in US dollars, Stripe sells the subscription to you as merchant of record: checkout shows it as “Sold through Link”, your card statement shows a line starting with LINK.COM*, and Stripe sends you the receipt from Link and handles the tax. You can also manage the subscription or ask about a payment through Link.

A payment in Egyptian pounds is charged in EGP: the amount and currency shown at checkout are what your card is charged and what your receipt shows. If your card is held in another currency, your own bank converts the amount.

05Delivery and access

The PaceHaus Platform is an online service (software as a service): nothing physical is shipped. Access starts as soon as your payment goes through — you come straight back to create your password and set up your workspace at app.pacehaus.com, and we also email you a link to finish later (it works for 30 days). Each renewal keeps your access for the month or year you’ve paid for. If your workspace doesn’t open after you’ve paid, email us and a person sorts it out; the 14-day refund on your first payment applies.

06AI credits

Plan credits refill every month, on yearly plans too, and unused plan credits don't roll over. Prepaid credit packs roll over for twelve months and are spendable while a paid plan is active. At zero balance the AI features stop with a buy prompt — credits never run on our tab. Arabic ↔ English adaptation uses credits, like the other AI tools. AI output lands as drafts in your approval pipeline; a human signs off before anything ships.

07Your content

Your videos, captions, comments and client data are yours. You grant us only the licence we need to host, process and show that content to the people you invited — nothing more. We don't sell it, and on the Agency plan your clients see your brand on every client surface, not ours.

08Acceptable use

Don't upload unlawful content, don't abuse the infrastructure, don't resell access, and don't attempt to reach another workspace's data. We can suspend a workspace that endangers the platform or other tenants — and we'll talk to you first whenever we reasonably can.

09Non-payment and cancellation

Non-payment starts a seven-day grace period with clear banners; after that the workspace goes read-only until it's settled. Cancelling drops the workspace to a free read-only fallback where everything stays readable and exportable, for as long as you need it. We never hold data hostage.

10Trials and refunds

There is no free trial — the demo is the trial, run live on your real content before any money moves. New subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of the first charge (renewals aren't — cancel anytime before one bills); PaceHaus processes the refund back to your original payment method. 11No warranty, limited liability

The platform is provided as-is. We work to keep it fast, accurate and online, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Where the law allows, our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount your workspace paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

12Changes

We can update these terms as the product grows. Material changes move the “last updated” date above and are flagged inside the product; continued use after that means you accept the change.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PaceHaus is registered. Disputes are settled there unless we agree otherwise in writing.
