Plan the month, then let it run.

Every client gets a calendar that publishes straight to seven networks, so approved work goes out without anyone copying it across.

Filter by status or by network

Show only what's waiting on the client, or only this week's TikTok posts. When the plan is ready, the whole month goes to the client as a share link.

  • Week and month views
  • A colour for every status
  • Send the month for review

Check the grid before the client does.

Feed preview shows the month as their real profile on each network. You catch two orange posts landing side by side before anyone outside the team notices.

Arabic and English in a single caption

Type both lines in the caption field, add the media and pick a slot. There's no second draft to keep in step.

  • Both languages

Put the Arabic line first or second, whichever the brand prefers.

  • Instagram tags

Tag other accounts on Instagram from the composer.

  • Date and time

Choose the slot. The post keeps it until it's approved.

Approved posts publish themselves

PaceHaus publishes to seven networks at the scheduled time. The brand links its own accounts from a page you send them.

  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • LinkedIn
  • Threads
  • Snapchat

A late approval never goes out by surprise

When a post is approved after its slot has passed, it stays put until your team picks a new time.

  • Disconnected account: an email and a bell notice
  • Oversized Instagram image: a high-quality copy made for you

Frequently asked questions

Can we post to X?

No. X isn't one of the seven networks PaceHaus publishes to.

Who connects the client's accounts?

They do, from a link you send. They sign in to each network themselves, and you never see a password.

Is there a limit on connected clients?

New connections can pause when PaceHaus's publishing capacity is full. If that happens, the client sees that connecting is paused and your agency is told at once.

Does approving a post publish it right away?

It publishes at its scheduled time, not the moment it's approved.

Can the client see the calendar?

Yes. Send the month as a link, or let them open it under Content in their portal.

Do we see how posts performed?

Yes, on each client's network tab, once their accounts publish through PaceHaus.

Where does next month's plan live right now?

If the answer is a spreadsheet and three WhatsApp groups, the calendar is the place to start.
