Client work, signed off and published on time.

Plan the month, mark up the cuts, get the client's yes from a link and let approved posts publish themselves, without copying anything between apps.

$250 a month. Clients review free.

Publishes to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, and X · 8 seats and 5 clients included

Sample workspace. Names are made up.

Kickoff to results, nothing retyped.

The brief your strategist drafts carries into the script and the edit task, then through both sign-offs, and the month's numbers close the loop in the client's report.

Client reports

The month's numbers become the client's report.

Numbers are fetched from the client's connected Instagram and TikTok accounts and the report is drafted from them. You review it, press send, and it appears in the client's portal, ready to print or save as a PDF.

Write it once.
Every network gets its own version.

One approved post goes out at its time, shaped for every network your client is on.

Animation: Juniper Bakery's approved post sits on the PaceHaus calendar for Sunday at 10:00. At 10:00 it goes out to every network, each in its own format: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, and X.

The quieter jobs, covered too.

The back office sits beside the content, and each screen opens only for the roles that need it.

Juno, the AI in PaceHausWriting live todayMore coming soon

Juno does the clicks. You say yes.

Juno is the AI inside PaceHaus. It already writes captions and scripts in each brand's voice. Next, it works inside every editor and takes requests in plain words: it schedules, drafts and chases, then waits for your yes before anything changes.

Juno at work in a sample workspace. Names are made up.

  • Asks before it acts

Nothing changes until you confirm. Anything going to a client or a network needs its own yes.

  • Knows each brand

It writes from each brand's Brand Brain, and reads the briefs and each client's results before it drafts.

  • Works within your role

It can do only what your seat can do, behind the same client walls.

  • Shows a preview first

Every change is laid out first: which posts, times and client.

  • Leaves a trail

Each action is logged with who asked for it, with undo where the action allows.

Where each price comes from
  • Notion · Plus Client briefs, idea lists and the monthly content plan. $10 per member on yearly billing. Notion AI is not in Plus (Business, $24, bundles it). pricing page
  • ClickUp · Business Tasks, deadlines and who is making which post. ClickUp is A/B testing a second price layout (Business $17 yearly, 'regular price $25'); $19 is the lower, safe figure. Clients join as free guest seats (10 for the first paid user plus 5 per extra user). Unlimited is $10 per user if an agency skips Business. pricing page
  • Frame.io · Team (Pro for 5 or fewer) Sending videos and designs to clients for comments and sign-off. Pro covers up to 5 members, Team up to 15; above 15 is a custom Enterprise quote, so the formula is a floor there. Clients review through free share links. Yearly billing saves 13%. pricing page
  • Later · Scale (Growth when cheaper) Scheduling and publishing posts on every client's accounts. One social set (up to 8 profiles) per client. The formula takes the cheaper of Growth ($50, 2 sets, 2 users) and Scale ($110, 6 sets, 4 users), each with extra sets at $15 and extra users at $5. Starter allows no extras. Yearly billing saves 25%. pricing page
  • AgencyAnalytics · Core Monthly performance reports for each client. $20 per client on yearly billing (the page default). 25+ clients get quoted volume pricing. pricing page
  • ChatGPT · ChatGPT Business, Standard seat Drafting captions and video scripts. $20 per user on yearly billing. Minimum 2 seats. Premium seats ($125) exist but are not needed for captions. pricing page
  • QuickBooks Online · Essentials (3 users) Quotes, invoices and receipts to clients. Only finance people need seats, so team size does not change it. Ignore the '50% off for 3 months' promo. Simple Start is $38 if one person runs the books; Plus is $140 for 5 users. No annual contract. pricing page
  • BambooHR · Core Staff records, contracts and time off. Published starting price; plan cards say 'Get Quote'. Payroll, time tracking and hiring are extra. Month-to-month terms are offered. pricing page
  • Dropbox · Standard Shared storage for raw footage, designs and final files. $15 per user on yearly billing (the page default). Standard starts at 3 TB for the team and is 'For 1 person or more'. Advanced is $30 per user. pricing page

Who's behind PaceHaus.

Built inside a Cairo studio

PaceHaus comes from a creative studio in Cairo that runs its own accounts on it. Its portfolio and process live under the Agency tab.

A guided tour on your content

A person from PaceHaus walks you through a live workspace, using a month of your own posts if you bring one. Requests get a reply within 1 to 5 days.

Questions, answered.

Is there a free trial?

No. You pay first, and the first charge is refundable in full for 14 days. If you'd rather see it on your own content before paying, book a demo.

Do our clients pay for anything?

Nothing. Reviewer and portal accounts are free, with no cap on how many. A client you only review videos for doesn't count toward your five either.

What happens when we reach a limit?

The app stops at the cap and offers an upgrade on the spot. Nothing is ever billed on top of what you prepaid.

Which networks can we publish to?

Seven networks today: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, and X. Each brand connects its own accounts from a link. Posts to X are paid in AI credits from the plan’s monthly allowance: 2 credits a post, 20 with a link.

Can one client work in Arabic and another in English?

Yes. Language is set per person, so a client in Riyadh can review in Arabic while your designer works in English.

Is there a phone app?

Not yet. The app and the pages your reviewers open run in a phone's browser, where menus turn into sheets you can reach with a thumb.

How do AI credits work?

The plan includes 500 a month. They refill every month and unused ones don't carry over, while packs from $9 for 100 last 12 months.

If we leave, do we keep our files?

Cancel any time before renewal. The workspace stays readable, and you can download each client's files as a ZIP and export your finance records.

Give your team an easier month.

Everyone sees who is holding each post, and approved work goes out on schedule.
