Frequently asked questions

Is there a free trial or a free plan?

Neither. You pay first, and the refund window in the next answer covers your first charge.

How does the 14-day refund work?

Email support@pacehaus.com within 14 days of your first charge, and the money goes back to the card you paid with. Renewals aren't refundable.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from the Billing page. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and then stops renewing.

What happens after I cancel?

The workspace stays readable. Download each client's files as a ZIP, export your finance records, or ask us to delete everything.

What happens if we hit a cap?

The app stops at the limit and offers an upgrade. We never bill overages.

Do our clients pay anything?

No. However many reviewers a brand brings, their accounts cost nothing.

Do video-only clients count toward the five?

No. A brand you only review videos for doesn't take one of your five places.

Do we get an invoice?

Yes. Each payment brings an invoice and a receipt from PaceHaus.

Why can't I choose my currency?

Your billing country decides it: USD for most of the world, EGP for Egypt.

Can agencies in Egypt pay in EGP?

Not by card yet. Prices show in Egyptian pounds at the Central Bank of Egypt rate, and until EGP card payments open, book a demo and we'll arrange billing with you directly.

Is yearly cheaper?

Yes: $2,500 a year instead of $3,000, and plan credits still refill every month. Yearly appears where it can be paid, so not in Egypt yet.

Do unused credits roll over?

Plan credits don't; they refill each month. Packs last 12 months and survive plan changes.
